CES Day Four Update: Still More to See
The Technology Evangelist team is at the McCarran airport after a long day of gathering as much last-day footage as possible at CES. We'll have more HD video content ready tomorrow. Here are a few highlights from today:
Netgear's Skype Phone: A WiFi phone that uses Skype as the carrier, allowing Skype calls to other Skype users for free to anywhere in the world, and cheaply (normal Skype rates) for other calls.
Kodak's Dual Lens Camera: Shoot regular or wide angle photos, and stitch photos on the camera to make panoramics on the fly. I was skeptical of this one before I saw it in action.
Garmin Nuvi: We looked at a lot of GPS units this week. Some think the Magellan is the best on the market today, and others lean toward the Garmin.
I'm running low on power so I'm cutting this short. Be sure to check back tomorrow and over the next couple weeks for more interviews from the CES show floor. Subscribing to our RSS feed is probably the easiest way to keep up to date, so if you haven't done so already, consider giving that a try.
