Rocketboom, the tremendously popular daily videoblog starring
Amanda Congdon, has decided to accept advertising within their daily news stories. They report on a wide range of topics, from news to culture. They are
conducting an Ebay auction for their first week's commercials -- bids have already exceeded $10,000 with more than seven days to go!
Inspired, the
Technology Evangelist Team has decided to borrow some of Rocketboom's brilliance and make a similar offer to our prospective advertisers. You may now participate in
our Ebay auction for exclusive ad placements in five of our HD videos.
Be the First on the Web to Advertise in HD! Technology Evangelist produces
downloadable HDTV video interviews, product demos and commentary on emerging technology trends. Our audience views this content through web browsers, video players like iTunes & Quicktime, on HD televisions and using video iPods. These videos are published in 480p, 720p and 1080p formats, as well as MP3 audio podcasts -- all on
TechnologyEvangelist.com.
Rocketboom has great content (we love it), an impressive audience and a great advertising opportunity. We are so impressed, we're blatantly copying them!
