Roald Marth Presenting at MIT Sloan CIO Symposium
Technology Evangelist's Roald Marth is presenting a lunchtime keynote on innovation at today's MIT Sloan CIO Symposium.
If you're in front of a desk today, you can tune into the entire day's worth of presentations live on the web for $10. The agenda can be found here. Looks like that will be Windows only.
The MIT CIO blog provides more information about the event, including profiles of many of the speakers.
Remarkable. Ro hit home and silenced the audience as they listened to the truth, taking in not only thought leadership, but thought "provoking, take charge" leadership.
In two subsequent panels for the 2008 MIT Sloan CIO Symposium, Executive Directors and CIO's referred back to the lunch time food for thought and repeated Mr. Marths message over and over again...his message about Courage. His message was about what it takes to make change nothing but status quo, not simply accept it, but embrace it.

Thought he gave a great talk. Engaging, brief and it made you think.
Some people I spoke to were taken aback by his candor. Think that was his point. To shake up people so that they would go back to their firms and find the courage to spearhead change. And his "5 words I hate" was classic.
