EKEN H9R Ultra HD 4K 30fps Full HD Camera Review
Feature and Usage:
Notch design;** Yes, the Eken H9R Ultra HD 4K 30fps 30fps sensor does it’s job, it’s not over a 1200p and it’s almost as fast as a full frame camera. It’s also perfect for shooting sports and don’t be fooled into thinking it will take you anywhere, it will.
Hardware and Features:
Build and Handling:
The good, the H9R’s build and handling is just right, it’s well made, it’s a well finished, well done. It has a metal ring around the sensor that does hold the sensor firmly and has a quality finish, the H9R is comfortable in the hand and supports a great level of grip.
All cameras have their packing, at first, the camera connects perfectly and the Eken H9R Ultra HD 4K 30fps app is a great first step to getting started with the camera’s pairing process.
Performance and Usage:
For shooting Full HD video, there really isn’t much of a difference between Full HD and HD at all. The Eken H9R stills camera isn’t the fastest, but it’s great at taking stills videos and shooting 4K video. It’s got a good range of frame rates in both resolutions and resolutions of 1080p, with all resolutions being captured at 60fps. This also means it’s got plenty of detail in its 4K video.
Even at 100% on, it’s got good detail and good image quality in the right frame.
The Eken H9R stills camera’s video quality is good enough for most videos, but if you’re setting the high end specs you can still get a little bit of lossiness out of the footage.
If you have a small 1080p screen and you need some quality footage then you should probably opt for 1080p videos.
If you want the best possible image quality from the H9R camera then you can use 4K videos at 30p, but if you need to capture a little bit of noise to balance the video quality then you should opt for 720p videos at up to 60p.
Video Quality and Noise:
Even at 100% on, the H9R stills video quality is good enough to go far below the usual maximum quality for a camera at its price. The noise is heard, there’s no static or smearing, it’s just noise that you want to get out of the video.
In stills, it does have the best video quality of any video I’ve shot in quite a while, and if you go above 60fps, then that footage is great quality.
In 4K at 30p you can still see a lot of smudging of noise and smudging of detail, but in the lower resolutions, there’s just a smattering of static and noise. You’re better off at lower resolutions where there is more detail.
The issue I have with most consumer cameras is image quality, is if you don’t get it right then the footage just doesn
