Samsung Galaxy S10 4G Phablet 8GB RAM 128GB ROM Review
Samsung S10 Plus Unboxing~ The Samsung S10 Plus is Samsung’s first phablet of 2018. It is, for them, the next major phablet of 2018. If you follow them closely you’ll know the company has already launched two mid-range devices with the Galaxy S8 (both at $800) and iPhone 8 (at $800), the Galaxy S7 (at $800) and iPhone X (at $800), and the iPhone XR. It’s really Samsung’s mid-range phablet that we should be waiting for. However, the S10 Plus is the perfect phone to get if you want to get your hands on an affordable phablet in 2018.
The smartphone launched with the Samsung S8’s front camera and above it the 12MP sensor, Samsung S9 Plus’ dual-camera, a large 6.36-inch full-screen and a 6S sensor back. But that’s not all, we also have the waterproof running mate, an improved screen and a 3100mAh battery, which the company claims to last for at least 5-7 days.
Below the screen you’ll find the power button and volume controls.
Below the screen you’ll find the front camera, which is slightly recessed to make it easier to hold and focus on the screen.
The phone is slim but still quite appealing.
As I’m quite keen on the ‘neato-sprint’ look, the screen of the Samsung S10 Plus is a rather large 5.5-inch display with a resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels. At the bottom of the screen is a capacitive panel which you can press to activate the trackpad feature which you can use to navigate the menu. It’s designed to work with the Samsung Note 8 but the front camera, which is Samsung’s standout feature, is also capacitive so you can take selfies or thumbs-up selfies in the camera app. You also can swipe up to get to the previous screen.
I was a bit sceptical at first. I couldn’t believe what I was seeing. I’m a reader, so the bottom of the Samsung S10 Plus doesn’t show any information on the screen other than what’s on the screen. It feels rather a bit strange and odd.
Samsung has good news for anyone thinking about the Galaxy S10 Plus. Firstly the S10 Plus delivers solid performance at this price. It has a large 6.36 inch screen at 6 inches, an octa-core 1.5GHz Processor, 2GB RAM and 16GB internal storage. It can also run a full day without power at a constant power of 850W. Plus, the battery lasts for up to 365 days and is fully removable.
My only concern is how the battery behaves on a day-to-day usage. Samsung should really think about the battery saving mode, which will let you know how the phone lasts longer. I’m sure that will be a popular theme for 2018 as the S10 Plus continues to beat all other mid-range phones this year.
Performance on the Galaxy Note 8
I spent most of the day testing the Galaxy S10 Plus. I didn’t fully test the phone in any of the following conditions:
If you’re thinking of getting the Samsung S10 Plus, it’s hard to see where it will go. The phones

I love cutting edge, cheap Chinese gadgets - but the constantly fluctuating 'deals' on Gearbest et al drove me crazy. When is a deal not a deal? When it's $50 more than last week!
