H5 IPS Screen Heart Rate Monitoring Smart Watch Review
H5 Dual Sim Tray with 3.5mm~ A long time my readers have wondered what would happen if you added a 3.5mm to the RSDB’s integrated tray. In a world where HDMI is a flat connector that can be plugged into any USB device, the thought of all these tray holders holding the 2.5″ monitor in place is incredible.
What if I told you there would be a real need for a real tray for this? Well, all there is to it.
It would be a real stitching problem. On my unit, I noticed when attaching it that the tips of the 2.5″ monitors never touch. I haven’t found out why this has taken so long. I hope to fix it soon.
Let’s see what’s happening.
The Real Thing:
Build Quality & Design
The RSDB H6 is built of ABS plastic, so it feels solid, but when it comes to weight it’s very flat. It feels sturdy and well thought out.
D-Ring and C-Mount
I have no complaints about the build quality of the H6, it’s the kind of battery that anyone will appreciate. It’s a quality product, and I’ve heard good things about it.
It’s a bit thicker than the more expensive RSDB models, but it’s still only 2.2mm thick and it feels very solid.
RSDB has introduced a new type of slider that makes changing the resolution easier. The new solution is called ‘L’, and is named for the larger size of the two buttons on the monitor.
If you’re using any display larger than the monitor, it won’t have any buttons. Instead, there’s a ‘Shift’ button to the left of the slider that pops up when you press the ‘Left’ button.
This ‘Shift’ button is less useful than it sounds. The more important button is the ‘Up’ button, which can be pressed to release or close the lock.
There’s also a lock to the upper middle part, which is held vertically by magnets. It makes it easy to use with the H6.
The H6’s design is minimalist, and the only thing you need to do is to loosen one thumb and hold the slider.
There’s also an on/off switch to the right of the lock that you can press to turn it off. You can also remove the power button to access the USB port.
If you want to switch back to 1080p, there’s also a toggle switch on the right hand-side of the monitor that you can press to change the resolution.
If you have a TV set for a short amount of time to make it your living room, then you’re probably familiar with the H6. It’s a similar size and weight to the HD4 connected to your computer. It has a cable connection with your Raspberry Pi, so you can tether it to your TV and use it as a monitor.
There’s nothing really innovative about the H6, it’s just a good size, but that doesn’t mean it doesn’t meet the requirements of those who want a full-featured TV set
